  • We will appreciate, for a better organization of the service, to respect the chosen time slot of entry and exit. These schedules may be modified depending on the evolution of the service.
    • For groups: Table arrangements for 4, 6 or 8 guests will be considered, and a single payment will be requested per reservation/table. For larger groups, depending on the circumstances and the season, we will consider the possibility of arranging nearby tables within the same dining area. Tables may be assigned once all guests have arrived.
    • Outdoor terrace. This area is usually available without advance reservations. On certain high-demand dates or public holidays, advance reservation availability may not exist or may only be available for the first seating. Opening is subject to weather conditions and the internal organisation of the day. Equipped with parasols, planters and climate-control systems (radiant heating / evaporative cooling systems).
    • Menu and À la carte: All our products and services are subject, without prior notice, to the daily availability of our suppliers, purchasing and operational organisation.
    • Take Away: Please check the availability of our service (Take Away section – Food to Go).
    • Promotions. Save up to 30%. On certain days or public holidays, promotions may not be available without prior notice. They are mainly available on weekdays and during the first seatings.

    Seating time options / Service slot details:

    • -1st seating: Guests may arrive a few minutes before the scheduled seating time to be welcomed. This option provides greater assurance of being able to start the dining experience at the indicated time. With the possibility of a promotion. Save up to 30%.
    • -2nd and 3rd seating: Although punctuality is required from all guests, some flexibility may be necessary if the reception process is delayed by a few minutes. We must coordinate the departure of previous guests with the reorganisation and sanitisation of the dining room. We appreciate your understanding.
    • -Last seating of the service: Greater likelihood that guests can enjoy a longer after-dinner experience, with a lower possibility of another table being assigned afterwards or any additional requirement, allowing guests to enjoy more time than the approximately 90 minutes established for the seatings.
    • -Without seating: Guests may also have the option of being served without selecting a seating time in advance by coming directly to the restaurant on the same day. Our Customer Service team will inform you when the first available table may be ready. Although we always recommend making an advance reservation request whenever possible through www.casamarieta.com, availability may not exist on certain days or services.
    • -Note: The seating time slots previously established and scheduled for approximately 90 minutes are calculated according to the average length of stay of our guests in the restaurant. If circumstances allow and with prior notice, other seating times or time slots may be adapted according to specific needs. Please ask about the possibility of occupying different time slots (*subject to possible additional charges).
  • Data Protection and Booking Conditions*

    • For greater safety, service satisfaction and a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to follow the established regulations/specifications, as well as our Booking Policy and Right of Admission.
    • - All guests included in the reservation are kindly requested to arrive on time. If the Customer does not arrive within the agreed time or seating slot, Casa Marieta reserves the right to cancel the previously confirmed reservation. The reservation may only be honoured once all guests have arrived.
    • - Unless otherwise agreed in advance, reservation requests are considered for the indoor dining rooms. However, subject to availability, a table may be assigned in the outdoor Terrace dining area (equipped with parasols and infrared lights providing radiant heat during the winter season).
    • - If the Customer chooses to CANCEL a RESERVATION previously confirmed by Casa Marieta, we kindly request that you notify us as far in advance as possible, either by calling 972201016 or by notifying us through www.casamarieta.com, indicating the name, date and time of the reservation, number of guests and booking reference number.
    • - If the Customer chooses to MODIFY (date, time, number of guests or any other details) a RESERVATION, the existing reservation must be CANCELLED and a new RESERVATION REQUEST must be submitted via www.casamarieta.com.
